December London BSD proposed pub meet

As ever, a bit on the late side, but I'm still up for a December pub meet for
anyone who can make it in the holidays.

As meeting near rail stations hasn't worked, I'll propose a pub the London
Perl Mongers seem to be fond of recently, in particular 

The Gunmakers.
