There's lots of western food in Japan, too. For example, spaghetti (with
cod roe, cream sauce, and seaweed sprinkled on top) and pizza (topped
with squid and mayonnaise). :-)
However, there's probably a lot of Japanese food you'd like, too; it's
not all seafood. If we hit an izakaya (a sort of Japanese bar and dining
place) they'll be tons of little dishes from which you can pick and
choose.
