Dear sages of the list! I've seen a couple of disk-related(?) hangs after a few days of running since my nb11.0/xen 4.20 upgrade. This did not happen on 9.3/4.13. When this happens everything still responds to ping, ssh to the dom0 got so far as to present me with a password prompt and then nothing. I accessed the dom0 via its SOL console (already logged in) and ran xl console and it hung in 'rwlock' according to ^T (best feature ever). I know xenconsole creates a .lock file for the domain so hence my assumpion of disks issues. I could break to ddb and reboot the system. As I can access the SOL console and ddb, but don't know how to find out what's hanging I would appreciate some suggestions for when this happens next. Hardware fault is not out of the question. It's an old machine, but since it started with the upgrade I am somewhat suspicious of the software.
