So for Intel, that was introduced in "Nehalem", the first generation
Core i5/i7, launched in 2008.

I realize processors from "Core 2" were sold after that date, but I
suspect that by 2013 everything was EPT capable.

So I would say "on very old hardware" :-)   I realize we're a
retrocomputing bunch....
