another way to get bootdev= to dom0?

So I was just re-reading the latest HowTo and I was thinking about this
need to always pass the "bootdev=" parameter to the dom0 kernel....

The tricky part is that it has to be manually specified.

What if /boot could expand simple variables in menu command lines?

	menu=Xen:load /netbsd-dom0 bootdev=$bootdev ....

That way one could have a stable /boot.cfg entry across a number of
different devices with one less bit of duplicated configuration and they
would all boot correctly.
