	hello Manuel.  For today's version of xen_intr.c the kernel preemption is disabled.
However, I'm running code before that fix was installed.  How this hasn't been more broken for
longer is a bit of a mystery to me.  Probably because I've been running, for the most part,
single-cpu domu's for the majority of my experience with xen.
