  PV MMU is slow for 64bit guests, but not that bad for 32bits.

I get very similar result profiles for 32-bit guests, at least for the
glm (Goldmont) host.  The 32-bit builds are a few percent slower, but
that might be due to other factors (e.g., I assign them less RAM).
