Works for me with -current as dom0 and domU:

NetBSD seven-days-to-the-wolves.aprisoft.de 8.99.25 NetBSD 8.99.25 (XEN3_DOM0) #2: Tue Sep 4 14:30:59 CEST 2018 martin%seven-days-to-the-wolves.aprisoft.de@localhost:/work/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/XEN3_DOM0 amd64

NetBSD x-amd64-head.aprisoft.de 8.99.25 NetBSD 8.99.25 (XEN3_DOMU) #1: Tue Sep 4 14:33:07 CEST 2018 martin%seven-days-to-the-wolves.aprisoft.de@localhost:/work/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/XEN3_DOMU amd64

From the picture I assume your fault is in dom0?
The relevant context is missing (scrolled out of the window).

You could try the dmesg command at the ddb prompt to get better info (or
use a serial console).
