I had a couple issues - first, a xen3.3.2 kernel didn't handle some of 
the real-mode instructions, so the iso wouldn't boot.  It *would* boot 
on a xen4 kernel (which I don't run generally because I've had lots more 
crashing problems), but once the installer booted, it complained that it 
couldn't mount the CD (to install from).    I didn't dig too deeply into 
it, and reverted my setup to xen3.3 again.
