vnc doesn't start on hvm hosts ("xs_read(): vncpasswd get error")

Dear all,

I think that has been discussed in this list before, but I couldn't find a
solution for my problem (I read somewhere that disabling vncdisplay should
solve it, but it doesn't in my case).

I'll keep it short:

- NetBSD 5.0.2/amd64 host
- Updated from Xen3.1.4 to Xen 3.3.2

Xen enabled DomUs work without any problems. HVM (qmu) guests (in my case a
Windows 7) show a "xs_read(): vncpasswd get error" error, without any further
explaination.

Config is:

# grep -v "^\#" /usr/pkg/etc/xen/hvm
kernel = "/usr/pkg/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader"
builder='hvm'
memory = 2048
name = "hvm"
vif = [ 'mac=00:16:3e:00:00:13, bridge=bridge0, type=ioemu' ]
device_model = '/usr/pkg/libexec/qemu-dm'
pae = 1
disk = [ 'file:/usr/drives/windows7disk.img,ioemu:hda,w',
'file:/usr/drives/windows-7-professional-32bit-de.iso,ioemu:hdc:cdrom,r' ]
boot='d'
vnc = 1
usb=1
usbdevice='mouse'

Some logs:

# xm create hvm

# cat qemu-dm-hvm.log
