Right now I don't think changing the MTU is supported (unless the
ethersubr.c code is doing something about it).
The xennet/xennetback protocol itself should support MTUs up to 2k
(from memory). It could be made 4k with some minor hacking.
Moving to something larger than a page may require more work.
