Ho, if a dom0 kernel boots then nothing more may ne needed. I was thinking
about differences in the way some hypercalls work, or new mandatory hypercalls.

When I upgarded to xen 3.1, I renamed xentools30 to xentools3, I can now
see it was a mistake.
