Hi Gabor,

    Have you been able to find a resolution to this problem? I am experiencing a
similar issue.

xend-debug.log:

ERROR: Initial guest OS requires too much space
(0xc0cMB is greater than 768MB limit)
 (0 = Success)
ERROR: Error constructing guest OS
