Did you use 'xm create' or 'xm create -c' ? Maybe we can see something on
console ...

I used:
#kernel = "/vserver/dists/netbsd/HEAD/i386/binary/kernel/netbsd-INSTALL_XEN3_U"
kernel="/home/bouyer/netbsd-INSTALL_XEN3_U"
#ramdisk = "/vserver/dists/netbsd/HEAD/i386/installation/floppy/boot-big.fs"
memory = 128
name = "netbsd3.0"
#disk = [ 'phy:/dev/vol1/netbsd3.0,0x3,w' ]
disk = [ 'file:/tmp/file,hda,w' ]
#disk = [ 'file:/vserver/dists/netbsd/HEAD/i386/installation/floppy/boot-big.fs,hda,w' ]

# Replace with your IP info
#ip = "a.b.c.d"
#netmask = "255.255.x.x"
#gateway = "a.b.c.d"
#serial='pty'

The kernel is the same as your, downloaded from ftp.netbsd.org (assuming
the path in your config matches the path on ftp). I can't test with 256M,
I don't have enouth free ram.

Hypervisor and utils are 3.0.2-2 from Xen, dom0 kernel is 2.6.16-xen (also
from xen)
