Hi, x68k users,

x68k's release build has been breaking for 5 months.
To make release build succeed, I've stopped the
`floppy-root' installation support.

`floppy-root' is consists of 2 floppies, kern.fs and
inst.fs.gz. And it is used for 4MB RAM machine.
inst.fs of 1200KB is, however, too small to contain a
recent file system image.  So I gave it up.
If you revived it, please contact me.

Note, sysinst.fs installation is still supported.
