  That sounds great, thank you George!  And thanks to Hans for nailing 
this longstanding problem.

  So just in the vein of wanting everything to be perfect (and we are 
so close!), has anyone had any thoughts about the CMD TMSCP controller 
hang problem?  I wonder if it's related; it's reasonable to assume that 
CMD didn't reinvent the wheel when designing their Qbus interfaces.
