 Thank you.  Reproduced with:

vax-netbsdelf-gcc (GCC) 16.0.1 20260122 (experimental)

and builds successfully with:

vax-netbsdelf-gcc (GCC) 11.0.0 20201024 (experimental)

although it seems highly dependent on the intermediate passes, so it may 
or may not be a regression at the low level.

 So that we can track this can you please file a bug report with the GCC 
bugzilla, quoting the command line and the ICE message, and attach the 
source there?
