It's not so much a question of the device emulation since that should be independent of protocol.  MOP support lives in the boot roms, so if those are emulated fully the support should be there.

One exception to the above: that applies to Ethernet.  MOP support in DDCMP is a protocol mode that I don't think is currently implemented, though it certainly could be.
