I've built netbsd-9 with all of the patches, updated my colocated VAX with 
this, and so far it has built digest without the internal compiler error 
from blake2b.c. It's now compiling rsync.

In the next few days, I will make new SIMH images so people can more 
easily test this.

If anyone would like the netbsd-9 with patches installation sets, let me 
know.

I'm excited to see things get fixed for VAX!
