This is actual hardware: a 3100 model 38.  If netbsd is not ready for
prime time, perhaps the vax branch should be dropped.  The mop
bootloader has to be obtained from 1.5 and that ain't right.

First of all, there were problems with booting the boot loader from current versions for a long time, but unless my memory fails me, this is not an issue anymore, and have not been for a few years.

Second, I don't know what the issue is with that stray interrupt. Maybe try a new bootloader? :-)

I can tell you that I'm running NetBSD on both real and simulated VAXen just fine. (Modulo other issues that have nothing to do with this.)
