The "older" Modules wich are labeled 5419103 5019079-01 are using Siemens
single bit 70ns Chips, the other ones are build of 4 single bit 70ns chips
and  eight 4 bit 80ns chips. (HYB511000Bj-70 and HYB514400BJ-80)

I've found out while googling a hour, that the first Type should be the
correct one for the M76.
I've posted another message in the meantime that still doesn't appeared here
describing my problems with that machine and netbsd.
