No. But you do need CPU+memory for a viable
system so that does mean the first two quad-width slots
will be gone. You might be able to use some quad
cards in that third slot.

Looks correct. I'd certainly not argue with that
particular wizard :-)
What you need to know is exactly what cards you have
in which slots. From the list of cards you can generate
a list of CSR/vector settings that the cards should
be set to (this does not depend on the order of the cards).
Then you check that the cards are actually set that way.
