I have recently installed NetBSD 2.0 on my VAX 4000/300. ftp is 
doing some odd things. Uploads are fine and take place at the usual 
speeds, but downloads start out very slow and then grind to a halt. I 
have only tried this over Ethernet on my local network. My hardware 
is unchanged from when I ran v1.54. I haven't changed any ftp-related 
config files. Has anyone else observed this?
