   This may or may not be helpful, but Mouser Electronics stocks the MMJ 
connectors themselves.  I finally got sick of scrounging for MMJs and 
bought an MMJ die for my AMP crimp tool several years ago.  6-conductor 
silver satin cable is easy to come by, and Mouser stocks the 
connectors, no problem. :-)
