This isn't a difinitive answer either, but my experience with my 90A
machine. I got that with IIRC a 8GB drive, which was mis-detected (in
size) by the installed firmware. However, I was able to properly
partition / format / mount that drive with NetBSD (though, partitioning
it with vi re-introduced me into C/H/S math :)
