It is a VAX 4000 :-)
It must be at least a 4000/300 because it has the CPU "box" vs the
4000/200's Sbox coverplate.

It may or may not have memory.

It has an "extra" ethernet port. What appears to be two CXY08 serial muxes
and the KZSQA scsi interface. (this is the only that sits on the Qbus but
isn't MSCP)

It has 3 DSSI drive cover plates, they could be any full height DSSI drive
(RF71, 72, 73 ...)

It is missing its doors apparently :-) It may be missing its entire
cabinet. The picture looks like it was removed from a 19" rack as opposed
to being in a BA440 or something like it.

It has two DSSI terminators and all DSSI ID plugs, that suggests that it
does have its drive chain "intact."

It is missing the TK70 drive and the "spacer" that normally goes between
the rightmost DSSI bay and the next one to the left.

Two such systems can often create one nicely configured VAX. This one will
not boot NetBSD directly (on board DSSI not supported) but could be
converted with a KQSA DSSI/MSCP adapter in the Qbus card cage.
