The very early revs (V1.0, maybe even V1.1) were really
a minimal change to the MicroVAX II firmware - bright enough
to handle a CVAX but no new commands.

Actual shipping systems had V1.3 (or thereabouts) and knew
about "SHOW DEVICE" and "CONFIGURE" etc.

When trying to debug a chassis, a KA650 is *much* more
helpful than a KA630!
