In general, I would like to locate and keep in a good place a list of
the POST test numbers for cross referencing with actual error 
_messages_.  A POST error is not an uncommon thing, and to just
go around like crazy reseating boards doesn't satisfy me as a good
enough method.  Anybody got a manual reference?
