Looks like tools got built correctly now.
So we're into the "normal" build stuff.

I have no idea what goes wrong. I assume that you didn't have anything
left from any previous builds?

If you did, that's sometimes a sure way of failing. Try changing into the
directory that fails, and run the make process yourself, to speed things
up.
