I haven't checked it in current yet (CVS updates over dialup are slow),
but it was broken in 1.6 and 1.6.1. When feeding it the ELF compiled
bootloader, it generated a rather large and not-at-all mopable image.
I submitted a PR on this about a year ago (#19248) and haven't recieved
any updates. I figured it must still be broken.
