I have just checked in a driver for the DELQA-PLUS card running in
Turbo mode.  It is the 2.11BSD driver that Steven M. Schultz wrote,
that I converted to NetBSD.

If those having a DELQA-PLUS (DELQA-YM), then this driver will make
the card much more usable that the standard DEUNA driver; there are
no possible race conditions in the programming interface if the card 
is handled in Turbo mode.
