Hi Steve,

I got these parts from Joiners Cabling in Sydney a couple of months ago.
I can't find their web site any more but they're in the White Pages. I
got an MMJ-MMJ cable and an MMJ-DB9M adapter. You just need to wire up
the pins inside the adapter and you're all set.
