I tested it on my MVII/3300. I don't know which port exactly is in there,
I just know is has 8 ports.
dhu0 at uba0 csr 160440 vec 300 ipl 17
dhu0: rom(1) version 17 rom(0) version 18
dhu0: DHV-11

Seems to work fine. But I use is only as console server, so I don't use
hardware flow control.

BTW, your kernel only sees 8MB out of 12 on my machine:
NetBSD 1.6Q (GENERIC) #88: Sun Apr 6 15:26:13 CEST 2003
        ragge@bakfull:/home/ragge/tmp/syssrc/sys/arch/vax/compile/GENERIC

MicroVAX 3300/3400
cpu: KA640, CVAX microcode rev 5 Firmware rev 83
total memory = 8188 KB
avail memory = 4956 KB

My custom 1.6L kernel see the 12MB:
NetBSD 1.6L (CORDOUAN) #3: Mon Jan 13 12:11:10 CET 2003
    bouyer@pop:/local/pop1/bouyer/tmp/vax/obj/local/pop1/bouyer/current/src/sys/arch/vax/compile/CORDOUAN
MicroVAX 3300/3400
cpu: KA640, CVAX microcode rev 5 Firmware rev 83
total memory = 12232 KB
avail memory = 8796 KB

Any idea ?
