Say to download netbsd.ram.gz from
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5.3/vax/installation/netboot.
 They don't reference 1.6, and the corresponding
directory in 1.6 has an install.ram.gz but no
netbsd.ram.gz.  What's the scoop?   How do I do this?
