On a lark, I just tried the 1.6.1 RC-1 boot.fs and it does not work on
QBUS machines.  It dies with a HLT at a program counter of 3.

The scsibus tk50 also dies with the same HLT at PC 3.

I have not tried a floppy boot, but my expectation is not good there
either.

Is there something early on in the boot code that tape boots now
don't like?
