I reseated again all the ram simms, and now the silly thing is working.
Probably have a bad socket connection on the motherboard or a flaky
pin on the socket.  Keeping fingers well crossed.....and rubbing rabbites
foote....(:+}}.....

(Anyone have a good listing of the prom commands for an M38, M76 and
 4000/60 machines?  Somewhere that info needs to be put for good reference
 so it is not lost in the dustbytes of time.....)
