not by their doing, no, but... 
i have an advertising gimmick somehwere at home that has printed on it
"RUN CPM AND MSDOS (coming soon) PROGRAMS ON YOUR VAX!"
some kind of micro emulator for vms from what i gather. the company was 
shawmut technologies, probably long defunct. so even in the days before 
dosemu and the like... m$ shite could be run on a vax. :)
