Excellent.  All I had to do was run "mopd -ad &" on my NetBSD/i386 machine, move
the cougar.sys file from the zip to /tftpboot/mop/COUGAR.SYS, and then do
"boot/100 ez" on the VAXstation.  Couldn't have been easier.  I went from:

KA49-A V1.3-0BC-V4.4   71 MHZ

with the corrupted SYS error to

KA49-A V1.4-0D0-V4.4  71 MHz
