I like the idea. But VMS is not a UNIX like system, so things will be
much more difficult: you have to implement a whole set of foreign system
calls.

Two problems that may arise:
- what is the executable format? If we don't, you have to write support
for it.
- do you have access to a VMS system with a compiler and a debugging
tool like gdb to trace the VMS binaries on VMS?
