More or less 24/7 on a VAX-8650 here... :-)
(Well, I tend to build, rebuild, and reboot from time to time, so uptime
haven't been more than a week or two at a time yet.)
The machine is running xdm, along with mail, apache, and some other
stuff. One or two people beside myself checks in from time to time, but
it's mainly me who is using it regularly, though.
