Ok, pkgsrc/emulators/simh is now at "simh-2.10.0b2nb1", which includes
the Ethernet support.

I just finished installing 1.6 on the sim, fetched the sets over the
network, etc.  Worked like a charm (though, my laptop is running about
has hot as a VAX would :-)
