foote thrust gently into the ol' talking machine
I rewrote both 1.4.1 and 1.4.3 boot tapes, and
the 1.4.3 does NOT work on MVII or MV3100/38,
and the 1.4.1 does NOT work on the MV3100/38.
The 1.4.1 DOES work on the MVII, perfectly.
Something has gone elsewhere in the tapebooting
arena in NetBSD VAX after NetBSD-1.4.1.  I still
think it would be nice if it could be maybe
resurrected so it worked in 1.6.
