The NetBSD 1.6 vax boot.fs can't seem to find
a kernel, going through the usual try netbsd,
netbsd.gen, netbsd.old, gennetbsd, and then
halting.

This is booting from scsi tk50 on a 3100/M38.

Booting from cdrom does ok.

The boot incantation was    b mkb400.

Any ideas as to what was off?
