Forgive me for posting here since I saw this on an i386, but I suspect 
it's a generic problem.  I just installed 1.6 on a an i386 (Obligatory VAX 
reference, this is going to be my VAX bootserver).  I supped the pkgsrc and 
then tried to build bash, in the process of which it tried to build digest 
from the pkgtools directory.  It stops with the error:

	make: don't know how to make /usr/share/tmac/tmac.andoc.  Stop

	What gives?  I get the same error if I try to build in pkgtools/digest.
