Yeah, I thought I'd try that when I found in some docs that the
vs3100 had a similar CPU to the VS2000.

True.

Also took out the ibcs2 option, which seemed to be nearly a third
of the compiling time.

Anyways, it boots now! =)  Thanks for the help.
