You have to put 4 identical SIMMs into the machine. Note that this
SIMMs are very special 80 pin SIMMs... The ordering is written on the
PCB near the SIMM sockets.

YES! If the firmware is damaged the machine does not autoboot and
displays a "SYS" error at POST.
