this machine is only worth anythign near that to some company that has some
software that runs only on vax, and they absolutely need to expand 
capacity (its not like you everneed to _replace_ a vax, you just need to 
get more of them if demand exceeds capacity. they dont break.. :-)
to the hobbyist world, i dunno, there might be 5 or 6 of us here on 
port-vax who would shell out real money for it in a bidding war, i 
personally probably would bail out around 300 bucks.. personally i dont 
like the 108 very much, it is built into a PeeCee-like enclosure which 
frankly looks very ugly. i'd prefer a 4000-105. :-)
there is a 4000-100 on ePay right now too though... *grin*

tempting me to break my 'not buying any more computers for a while' sentiment
