You're in NetBSD land, where PC just describes a category of hardware, not
necessarily an OS. The answer is yes regardless of what you run on your
PC, though.

For Windows, you can use Hyperterm (I assume), and/or TeraTerm SSH (which
does serial terminal stuff, telnet, and ssh), or putty.
