Yes it's the Q-bus version of the NI1010A. I've heard good things about
it though, I wonder what's up (maybe it depends heavily on whose driver is
running it?). According to my notes, it can handle sixteen receive buffers
at a time (and that's how E11's NI: device emulates it), but yeah it can
only transmit one packet at a time.
