heh, not his friends, his customers.. 
(i have another friend who has an oc-3 going to his house.. he got his 
company (well, he runs the company) to use his house as their secondary 
site.. so he has a bright blue mini-fridge sized box with the bell logo 
on it in his basement, and a sonet ring going through it.. 8-)
the guy getting the t3 is just passing the point where all the t1s he has 
are approaching the cost of a t3. most of his bandwidth goes to all his 
dsl customers, but a t3... mmmmmmm....
